Hello instructors,

We're thrilled to preview an exciting upgrade for your learners’ practice test experience called practice mode! 

Practice mode offers three key benefits for learners to tailor their practice sessions to their unique needs:

  • Stress-free environment: A relaxed, low-pressure setting instead of a timed test.
  • Immediate feedback: Learners can receive feedback while practicing
  • Focused studying: Learners choose the content they want to practice

We believe this more personalized learning experience is a win-win for you and your learners.

We’ll be rolling out practice mode to Marketplace learners starting in late November and aim to make it available for all Marketplace and Udemy Business learners by early 2025. For full details, visit our Teaching Center article.

    This sounds fantastic new feature! The ability to practice in a stress-free environment with immediate feedback is such a valuable tool for learners. It’s great that they can focus on the content they need to improve, rather than being pressured by a timed test. I’m excited to see how this will help students feel more confident and prepared. The phased rollout makes a lot of sense, and I look forward to seeing the impact of practice mode on learning outcomes. I’m sure it will be a game-changer for both learners and instructors!
