It has been 10 days and I still haven’t received a response from Instructor Support regarding my issue.

In my Instructor Review Dashboard, my course rating is shown as 4.73, but on the public course landing page it is displayed as only 4.0 stars.

If you have not yet received a response from our Instructor Support team, please make sure that the ticket was submitted successfully. Our Engineering team is already aware of the issue.

It's Christmas. The holiday is called Christmas.

Absolutely, I think the intention was to be positive and inclusive. Recently I discovered some people celebrate Christmas on January 7th. I have students of various religions so I usually just wish everyone a great vacation.
