Thank you to everyone who joined Udemy Front Row. Whether you were with us live or you're catching up now, we're glad you're here.
Here's what we covered:
- Marni Baker Stein, Chief Content Officer, shared what we're hearing from partners and learners as AI changes how people discover, build, and demonstrate skills. She also spoke about strengthening the foundations of our partnership: communication, analytics, and clear visibility into where we're headed.
- Mave Houston, Senior Director, Head of Research, shared what learners are telling us. Answers are now instant, so learners are seeking out what great teachers give them: guidance, meaningful practice, expert feedback, and ways to prove what they know.
- Patrick Supanc, Chief Product Officer, introduced Project Helix. It's an early-stage initiative that brings Coursera and Udemy learning together around skills, with goal-based discovery, adaptive pathways, guided practice, and skill validation.
Build with us
As AI makes information easy to find, learners need trusted experts more than ever. That's why we want to shape the next era of learning with you.
We're starting early and working in the open. Alpha testing begins this year. Instructors in the early design phases will have the opportunity to help shape the learner and authoring experience and help define how participation, attribution, and economics come together in new adaptive learning.
Interested? Let us know. We'll follow up with details on upcoming opportunities and how you can take part.
Catch up and share your thoughts
Watch the recording. Answers to the questions we didn't get to live (and that we’re able to answer) are on the way. We recognize the importance of questions regarding instructor earnings and course revenue, and we are preparing a dedicated follow-up post to address these topics separately.
Thank you for your partnership. We're excited to build what's next together.
