Best and free/cheapest software to build a course

Hello Family,

I'm planning to create a course on astrology. I'm a beginner. I would like to know which software, either free or cheap, I can use to create one. My course would include video, texts, study materials to download etc.

    To my best experience, you should try Active Presenter. It is a free and excellent tool to record your videos and add animation to them. There are some good video tutorials on this tool available on YouTube. You can check them out.
