Persona Identification option is showing again after submitting

Hi, I am creating my first tutorial here. On submitting it asked for persona identification. I gave photo of id card and allowed camera to do live capture. On completing this, it's still asking for persona identification on clicking submit. How will I know if I should do it again or if previous one is in progress? It's been a day since giving for identification.

    it is because unable to detect the pose as asked in the video so always say as the sign shows on the persona capture

    But it said I completed persona capture successfully. Typically this should finish in a day?

    There can be two things

    1) poses were not accurate

    2) the id you uploaded it's not clear or incomplete

    please check these things
