    Hi JoceylnH,

    Thank you for replying . Yes I did and the support sent me a link for feedback. I had a message oops when opened and 404

    I would appreciate any help you can share. Thank you again

    , I'd recommend responding to that email and telling them that you got a 404 error. Our support team is the best equipped to help you out with something like this.
