in First-time course creation

Hi,
It's still my first course so please I have some questions, and I'm located in Egypt.Firstly The price paid is $9.99 which is the course price, I found my revenue $3.50 which i really couldn't clearly understand how!, even on searching about it on Udemy Support??
Secondly what is iTunes fee which subtracted $3.00 (30%) of revenue?
And now the net total became $6.99, how is my revenue reduced to $3.50??

    The student bought the course through the iPhone app, which takes 30% of the price ($3.00) making it a $6.99 course. You get half of that which is $3.50.

    Does Udemy always takes 50% of course price?
