How to rank higher in the Udemy search list ?

Hi everyone,

Being new to Udemy as an Instructer this is really important for me to know about the ranking strategies that I need to work upon to rank may be higher in the Udemy search page. I dont think the course I made is getting enough traction that I thought it would get maybe due to lower page ranking...

Help & advice will be much appreciated.

    There are three sure-fire ways of getting your courses appearing near the top when users do a search.

    1. Have a top-rated, or near top-rated course.
    2. Have a best selling course.
    3. Have one of the only courses available in some particular area of interest

    I cannot tell you exactly how Udemy decides to put courses near the top of the results page when a search is done, but the three factors I've listed play very important factors. And, accomplishing the first two can take a great deal of time.
