Policies on Course uploading on other platforms

I want to upload my course on some other platform. I want to understand Udemy policy on it. Kindly do let me know.

    You are the course owner you can upload on other platforms too. However Udemy has one condition, you must not provide any course for free on other platforms of which you are charging on Udemy

    You have a course listed for 100$ on Udemy .. you can not provide this course for free on other platforms
