Where do you have this information from? Who told you that more ratings will generate more revenue?

  • I think I also remember these numbers from somewhere. Also, regardless of the values, it feels like a no brainer that more reviews lead to more revenue, ceteris paribus.

  • Yes, more reviews will very likely help to generate more revenue, but I wonder and in fact doubt that

    • up to 3 ratings will double
    • 4-10 ratings will triple
    • and 10+ ratings will mean 6x

the revenue. It sounds too scientific to be true in all scenarios.

    Sorry for late reply.
It was a newcomer mail, i guess.
    Cause I am new here.
With the mail subject title of "You have so much potential"
Maybe you can try search on mail search function with keyword above, If you receive any of the mail relatively this.

But i didn't know it was trigger with new account register, new course register, or opt-in udemy business program, I am not sure, or maybe it was one time event.

    Thank you for your consideration.

    Hi @Gove
    - unfortunately, there is no way to restart the Newcomer Challenge. Please refer to the Official Rules here.

I hope you still continue with your course creation though!
