Cannot Verify My Identity "Unkown Error Occured"

in First-time course creation

I cannot publish my first course as the Verify my identity page sits there for about 30 seconds then comes up with an error as shown below! HELP have spent countless hours building the course!!

    I am getting exactly the same error, I was trying yesterday to Submit my course. Following your discussion. I also wrote to support, but no response yet.
