promotional video problem

Hi,

I have a problem with my new course promotional video. When I uploaded the video, it didn't upload correctly although the quality is at least 720p. I made another video with 1080 p quality and the problem is still. Could you help me, please?12345.png

    I have the same problem. My video was over 720p. I even rerecorded. Any solutions.

    , the best thing to do here is to write to the support team (instructorsupport@udemy.com) so they can troubleshoot to find out what causes the issue.
