Web Page Whitewash Stops Test-Video Process
I'm trying to upload my Test Video
Everything works okay, until....
The Udemy webpage asks me for a "Camera Type"
I tried this, like five times; maybe ten.
The moment I click on any of the "Camera Type" choices, I am getting a frozen white screen.
I searched the forum for similar problems.
Nobody has mentioned anything like this for at least six months.
There were one or two others who had similar problems, but they were all more than a year ago. In those discussions, the mods suggested E-Mail.
I tried that E-Mail address; got an instant bounce back.
I have this current case of the whitewash screen documented in text here...

and again, documented in video (a two minute clip) here...

I'm really eager to make this gig work for both of us.
Is there a living speaking human with whom I might be able to interact ?

Hi @CLINT
, I'm sorry that you are experiencing issues uploading your test video - we appreciate your patience with this. Could you try the following workarounds to see if we can resolve the problem?
1. First select the microphone type and afterward the camera type, in this order, the behavior is usually not present.2. Clear your browser cookies and cache, then log out and log back to your account. Try again the process and select "other" in all the categories.
If you're still stuck after trying these steps, please contact our team at instructorsupport@udemy.com and they will be able to assist you further.Bella Almeida

Hey Clint, Hmm - that's odd. Is there any chance that the email address contained a typo? Could you share a screenshot of the email?
I'd be happy to investigate this for you!

Genius here
It was a Typo
Tried to recreate the problem.
Worked just fine.
My great brain in action again.

Okay Bella, followed your protocol
Failed first time
Worked second time
Duh, again
Hey, it's the internet.
Oh well, I'm back in action now.
Thanks Bella; never would have figured that one out by myself
