like to start a couse for photo editing and thumbnail creation video for social media i start that course i have some knowledge about that so i like to instruct that course can i start ? but i not show my face but full tutorials with examples thank you.

Yes, why not? It's not required to show your face anywhere during the video lectures, it's perfectly all right if you can just display the computer screen to teach what you want to teach about. Many course instructors do this, esp. instructors who teach about working of softwares, or any technical work, with the help of screen recording softwares.
