As you might have seen, there is currently a visual issue with the revenue report, where the expected payout date is displaying as November 8th.


We want to reassure you that August payouts were paid out today, October 6th.


We're working to resolve this visual issue, and we apologize for any confusion or alarm it's caused.

@MarinaT on my revenue report schedule it says the payment was supposed to be made on October 4.

I haven't received anything by the way.

I was checking with the team, and it looks like this was another temporary issue on the revenue report. Your payout was sent today and is currently being processed. 


We are very sorry for the trouble! 


PS. The support team should follow up with you anytime soon.

I'm sorry to hear that. I can confirm that the payment status changed to “successful” on the 7th of October. You should find the payment in your bank account anytime soon 🤞
