Hey there instructor community,

It’s the month of June and that means we have a new theme for you, Learning Design! This subject is dedicated to helping you all discuss your methods of creating your courses while engaging your students.

So if you’re looking to improve your teaching methods for your online courses, this is the month for you!

To kick things off we have a question for you:

How did you start organizing your content when teaching online?

Gathering the materials first and getting prepared for students before sharing knowledge .  Providing them with best inspirational and interesting videos .

Content organization is a constant process that needs to be improved upon and modified in response to input from your students. I categorized my content as an online instructor using the following categories:

1. Identify Learning Goals
2. Draw up a plan

3. Content that chug

4. Information visualization

5. Progression and sequencing

First of all, the goal must be identified: what do I want to teach? Everything else must be organized to achieve the goal.
