Udemy is currently exploring a change related to how courses about sales, customer service, and customer success get classified and we’d value your feedback.
As Udemy’s catalog grows and evolves, the categorization must be updated periodically. The aim of every taxonomy update is to help instructors classify their courses more intuitively and consistently to make it easier for learners to find their next course.
