Hello, 

please note that there are two "Views" or "Modes" once you became an instructor. The Instructor view differs from the Learner view. You can switch views with a button in the upper right corner of the Instructor Dashboard or through your avatar popup menu in some cases.

If this does not solve the problem and you really have no access permission please contact support@udemy.com as they have insights and tools to help you.
