Assistance for first time course creation

Hi to everyone, I am from Somalia but currently living within the refugees camp in Kenya, iam social man who can speak fluently English, kiswahili and Somali languages, and I have 14 years working experience for working with community service within the field work. 

Therefore I am very interesting for udemy community course and I need to be assisted how the first time to create a course through here?

Again I need to be assisted how to sign up an account?
