Audio/Video Question

I apologize in advance if this is a silly question, but I'm having trouble understanding how to enhance my audio when it's embedded in a video. I've developed ten movies for all ten lectures, and I've used Audacity to record the audio voiceover (the movies simply show text as I speak over the presentation). It all worked well, but I'd like to start each lesson with a video of myself speaking. My question is this. After I record the video of myself speaking, how do I then enhance the audio?

Thanks in advance.

Not sure if this helps but I record video and audio on my smart phone. They are obviously in synch and the audio quality is great. I use a lapel microphone. Although I have audio editing software, I don't even have to use it.

To record yourself you will need a software like QuickTime or Camtasia or Obs or something like this... in all these softwares you can set the font for your audio, so instead of having internal microphone you can choose your audiocard or your usb microphone or whatever you use for your audio recording.
