Confusion over which url to use

I have finally found a url to use to promote the specific course, but in fact there are two options.

One goes directly to the course material, and the other actually shows a lot more detail.

There is nowhere where there is a provided link to use. I had real issues trying to find this, and I'm still not satisfied that I have the right option.

Let me show you.

This one give me a lot of detail. Looks nice. But maybe too much as it includes even an unpublished course!

This one opens right on the first, or current lesson? Not really satisfactory.

Found another one.
Different again...

So what I'd like is the first one, but not in InstructirPreview mode necessarily?

What do I do?
thanks
Robert

Well that was a log post, but in my confusion I solved it..

This is the link I want

https://www.udemy.com/course/writing-your-first-romance-novel-step-by-step/

Ha. Don't you just hate browser caching sometimes.?

I get confused here and there as well. I always try to open up a "private" browser window when exploring URL destinations. That, or have a friend with no knowledge of the course test the link. I agree though, the link should be provided somewhere for easy sharing.

Hey @RobertChalmers, as you figured, you can find the link to your course in different ways depending on what you need it for. This support article explains how to find the course URL.

Hope this helps!
