@AhmedYehia , When you say "I'm an academic center", do you mean that you work for an academic center? If so, you may have some contractual obligations to them. I would ask them.
If you do not have contractual obligations I would definitely publish under my own name and work to build your personal brand. In the future you might leave that academic center and you don't want to have to revise your courses or have created a legal obligation to that center.
