Sounds delicious! And if I'm correct, the North Indian food is not the really hot food, right? I would love to learn how to cook Indian.
I'm equally interested in what you camera and recording setup would be. Do you somehow have something setup to film your workspace from above or do you point your camera from straight ahead? I'd be fascinated to see any sample videos you've created.
