Stuck in Instructor Identity Verification

Hi

I've a course completed and ready to upload. I am currently stuck in the Instructor Identity Verification process.

 

On June 25, I submitted my part 3 verification email and video (strictly, a link to the video in the email because obviously the video file is too large to email). Udemy notes suggested that verification should take place within 24 hours. I still seem to be stuck at the same point, my identity unverified.

 

I note that course approval can now take up to six business days. I think I am now at seven business days since I tried to submit. Maybe I'm being too impatient, especially given the difficult situation we're all in. Some clarification would be appreciated. Can any Udemy moderator help?
