Tips on delivering the course

I am trying to create a course in Udemy. I have my presentation/ materials and the script ready fir it. But I am finding it extremely difficult to give a free flowing speech of the same (my initial course contains lot of theory where I have to speak effectively). I have tried pausing, editing the video, by-hearting etc., but when I hear back my own speech it looks very ordinary with lot of ahs and it seems I am memorizing and speaking. There is no natural flow. This has become really frustrating and turning into dissapointment. Any ideas on how can I improve on this would be really helpful.

Also, any suggestions on video editing softwares. I am using QuickPlayer and Snagit available on Apple Laptops.

Thanks,

Re: Tips on delivering the course

The best tip can give you in this regard is imagine you are speaking to an audience in front of you. The problem you are defining is mostly happened with extroverts who can speak well in front of an audience but can get confused when they are alone or speaking to a camera
