Background noise-noise remover for audio

I made sample audio at Audacity but the noise reducer effect didn't work effectively. Can you please recommend me any other options? I have checked some reviews about Camtasia's voice-over capabilities. Anyone who uses Camtasia can make my review this tool, especially in regard to voice-over creation.
