INSTRUCTOR APPROVAL - ALTERNATIVE PROCESS

Hi, 

I have submitted the identification video to be accepted as an instructor. I had to do the alternative process as I am Italian. 

I sent the video on Sunday, and today (Wednesday) I have not been accepted or received any sort of information back. I read that it should take maximum 24 hours, but as I mentioned this was not my case. When will I receive a response back??

Hi @DAVIDEDELGROSSI Since we have been getting a high volume in new courses submitted for review, this is currently leading to longer waiting times. The expected times are around 7 business days to get a reply from the team.
