Hi everyone, I'm a new instructor and had my first two courses published. I've noticed that one of my students keeps signing up to the same course and then requests for a refund. This happens 3-4 time per month (since December). I was wondering if the same thing has happened to you ? I know Udemy has a 30day money back guarantee but since it's an unusual behaviour is it something that should be reported to them?

I would definitely report that to Udemy and have them look into it. They are cracking down on refund abuse lately and I'm surprised they didn't catch that automatically. I think policy@udemy.com would be the appropriate contact.
