After a while without using, a student is in trouble after purchasing a course from me and I no longer find the chat in the instructor support, can someone tell me where the chat is? No more chat for instructors in Brazil?
Hi @ricardomilbrath, generally chat service is available 5AM-8PM PST Monday - Friday. You can reach out during that time. If for some reason you can't reach the team via chat you can always send an email to instructorsupport@udemy.com and they'll be happy to help.
