My objective is to structure a course to prepare youth for future leadership roles vis a vis 4IR. I would welcome your thoughts, contributions, suggestions & constructive critique. The proposed title of the course is Empowering Future Youth Leaders for 4IR.

 

Also, what are your thoughts on Thought Transformation/Attitudinal Transformation/Thought Leadership preceding Talent Transformation vis a vis Leadership for 4IR?
