Hi @MinervaSingh66, just like course ratings in general, Udemy Business ratings will vary by course and instructor. Some instructors see bigger deltas in ratings provided by Udemy Business learners, others see smaller ones, or no delta at all. To better understand what’s going on with your courses in particular, here are a few ways to investigate: Look at your Udemy Business ratings course by course to see if the delta is universal across your content, or being driven by a few specific courses that aren’t landing well with this audience Use the new filters in your Reviews page to read any comments left by Udemy Business learners and see if they give ideas for improvement Use the new views in your Course Engagement page to spot if there are particular courses or lectures that are getting a different response among Udemy Business learners than they are from individual learners I hope this helps! 🙂 Bella Almeida Udemy Community

Hum, excelente tema! Obrigada por iniciá-lo! Algumas das minhas estratégias: 1. Criar pequenos questionários de pergunta única durante o curso, para perceber se os alunos estão gostando. 2. Criar mensagens automáticas no final do curso, dando os parabéns por terem completado o curso, e dando materiais e links para futuras explorações. Mas eu gostaria de saber mais sobre como criar uma base de dados e uma newsletter! Abraço

Hi @MUKIL PRAB U, welcome to the community! I'm happy to help you get started! First, you will need to become an instructor. Becoming an instructor on Udemy is as easy as creating a course and publishing it! (Okay, there are a few more steps than that, but it's pretty straightforward.) When logged into your account on Udemy.com, click on "Become an Instructor". Once you're in your instructor view, go to your Courses page and click on 'New course' Our minimum requirements for a course are that it contains at least 30 minutes of video content contained within at least 5 lectures. Eu prefiro manter o relacionamento com alunos da Udemy dentro da Udemy. Não compartilho email ou whatsApp. Já tentei isso em outra oportunidade, antes de vir para Udemy, e foi um verdadeiro inferno. Tem muito abuso por parte de alguns. Algumas vezes recebo duvidas pelo LinkedIn ou Facebook, quando possível respondo, mas geralmente peço que voltem a Udemy e deixem a duvida no sistema de comentários. Mas, sempre tento responder as duvidas dentro de 24hs. Se o sistema de alerta de e-mails da Udemy não demorasse horas para alertar o instrutor que tem duvida, responderia algumas até de forma mais rápida. Mas as vezes recebo a mensagem de uma duvida 13 horas depois do aluno posta-la.

Yo utilizo también los reviews de los alumnos para mejorar mis cursos. Normalmente, en mi mensaje de bienvenida, les animo a que me trasladen todas sus inquietudes y sugerencias. También, una vez terminado el curso, lo vuelo a escuchar completo, para asegurarme de que no se me cuela nada y que está todo en orden, que no se he ha olvidado el código fuente y cosas así. (Todavía recuerdo un poco avergonzado, que en uno de los vídeos de mis primeros cursos, no corté un trozo donde soltaba un exhabrupto por haberme equivocado y un amable alumno me hizo llegar un mensaje privado para advertírmelo. Afortunadamente no era una palabrota muy gorda :-)) También intento que el curso lo visione un tercero, un amigo que pueda darme su opinión, aunque en este caso no es siempre posible. También es importante probar todas las prácticas que propongo, para que los alumnos no se encuentren con ninguna sorpresa. Y lo últimio, aunque es evidente, adquirir hardware y software profesional y de buenas calidad. Inviertes un poco de dinero al principio, pero os aseguro que mrece la pena. Seit heute gibt es im Performance-Dashboard neue Ansichten, in denen ihr die Performance eurer Kurse bei Udemy Business checken könnt. Ob Bewertungen, Interessen der Teilnehmer, Kursnutzung oder andere Daten: Jetzt könnt ihr nachverfolgen, wie sich die Performance eurer Udemy Business-Kurse entwickelt und davon ausgehend gezielt eure nächsten Aktionen planen. Dieses Update enthält außerdem einige Features, die für alle Dozenten nützlich sind, unabhängig davon, ob ihre Kurse bei Udemy Business angeboten werden: Beispielsweise findet ihr jetzt mehr Daten zu den Geräten, mit denen die Nutzer eure Kurse ansehen (Mobilgerät/Desktop), und wir haben die Ladezeiten verbessert, um Dozenten mit großen Datenmengen die Nutzung zu erleichtern. I use google translate once I download the English caption file. Create VTT docs and upload, its pretty simple. Takes time when it comes to long duration courses but I try to create captions in languages like Spanish, French, German since for my courses I see lot of interest from these regions. Moreover I create captions only for my highly saleable courses.
