@JuliaKrist - IMHO, a free course will not drive sales to your paid course. Many people will enroll in free courses and not watch your content. Another policy that Udemy has (i don't know if it is still true) is that your instructor promotional announcements and coupons are not sent to students enrolled in your free course.

Appreciate your patience! Also, please note that only those ratings appear on the landing page of the course and count towards the overall rating of your course which pass the spam filter of Udemy: which Udemy's algorithm considers as genuine ratings. Also, such genuine ratings need written comments/feedback - only then they appear on the landing page. This helps the prospects/future students make an informed decision before they purchase your course. Hope this clarifies!

Hi @nournabil725 Udemy gives a 30 days money back guarantee on every course purchase ; therefore, the revenue you get from a sale, is only paid to you AFTER this 30 day refund window has passed since the date of purchase. Also note that, Udemy pays your monthly revenue on the fixed 7th/8th day of every month. You can also check your monthly revenue report here which specifically tells you the payout date for each month. Hope this helps!

Hi @SaraYoussef The 4.4+ rating and 25+ learners' reviews are minimum criteria for UFB. But as the Udemy guidelines mention, this is not a necessary and sufficient condition to get our courses included in UFB. It depends on course quality and demand from businesses. Our best bet is to develop courses which are high-quality, and are in demand. As of now, these are the priority topics for UFB. Hope this helps!

Enter course name, title, description', learning objective for students, create the course landing page, upload course curriculum (I.e. video lectures), a section to write short description about each video lecture etc. Feel free to visit this article for detailed guide. Hi @Cat Miller You can record your computer's screen while you are running the powerpoint slideshow. There are many screen recorders available in the market- OBS stduio (free to use), Screencast-o-matic.com, Camtasia etc. You can record voice-over along with it or separately; and then merge/sync audio and video with each other. Once done, you can upload the final product - the video - in you course. Hope this helps!

Hi @BrettARogers Welcome to the community! Udemy prompts the students to leave feedback and provide rating when a student goes through the video lectures. You can also request for ratings, and feedback from your students. There are a number of options for doing so - you can solicit for reviews somewhere in any of your video lectures. You can ask for the rating and feedback via any of the educational announcements Udemy allows you to send every month ( 4 announcements per month per course) with each of the published courses.
