That's right - make them a co-instructor, but with everything but Q&A permissions disabled. You can even give them a percentage of your revenue as payment that way, if you wish, freeing you from the task of paying them, sending them tax forms, etc. Be sure to set clear expectations up front about their turnaround time, how they will identify unanswered questions, when to escalate to you, how to handle when they need to take time off for a vacation or something, etc.
