Hello SungsikMin, You can check the structure of popular courses. Most of them have sections, and then individual lectures within each section. Example: 1 course, 5 sections, 30 lectures. Each lecture is usually short - no more than 10-15 minutes (rarely 20-30 minutes). That way, the course is easier to navigate. If by "one take" you mean that you plan to record one multi-hour video in one go (non-stop), then you can split it later into smaller parts using any video editor of your choice.
