Udemy is a US company, and they are paying you. So you are taxable to the US even if you are neither a citizen nor a resident of the US. Fortunately, though, US has tax treaties with most other countries. So it's likely (hopefully!) that you don't actually owe any taxes to the US. However, you still need to report your Udemy income to the IRS, otherwise if you get audited, they might suspect that you are trying to evade paying taxes (tiny risk, but not one I'd take). I'm happy to tell you that much information. The question is which form to fill in and what to write in those forms. That's the information you need to get from a professional in your country. Don't trust me or any other random stranger on the internet to tell you that. An accountant who is knowledgeable about US tax treaties can fill in the form in 10 minutes.
