Modern Java frameworks such as https://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-csv/ can help to design simple Java application which reads 100 separate HTML snippet files, and generates CSV file from them. CSV supports multi-line values, "comma"-separated, it may use quotation marks for fields containing line breaks and comma, double-quotation to encode quotation, and etc.; it is not "as simple" as separate by comma. Try to export table from Microsoft Excel with text containing HTML tags, comma in a cell, quotations, line breaks inside cell, and you will see that this is possible. However, Udemy may or may not support HTML tags it CSV uploads for security reasons.
