See https://caseron.co.uk/how-to-complete-a-w-8ben-e-form/ for an article which may help - and near the bottom there are 3 addition ways they can help: A video masterclass, a "Check my W-8BEN-E" form, and a "Complete My W-8BEN-E" form, which is what I did.
