What is Udemy doing to compensate everyone that was impacted by this? Are you guys giving everyone an extra 100 or 200 dollars on their payouts? Are you giving more money back on sales made? Whatever happened is a Udemy problem, that is not the instructors problem. As big as this company is, there should be no way that you don't pay people on your platform on time. I get it, it probably never happened before, but all it takes is 1 time, and that one time will result in losing all your customers. This is many people only source of income, this is a payout from the previous month, so that means Udemy should have had this taking care of a head of time. Sorry doesn't cut it, and constantly saying you're sorry, means you are sorry, there should have been a better explanation than I'm sorry. There was no mass email sent out to all instructors, there was no notification in the instructor portal to notify us of what happened. We had to search around and look for answers. That is not acceptable. What if the shoes were on the other foot, and we owed you? You guys would have collections agencies calling our phones all day.
