Usually I get payment within 6th days of each month. This month I didn't received money yet. What's wrong Udemy?? Is there anything wrong with the payment gateway?

I'm surprised, I fall into trouble for the payment. Actually I order a MacBook laptop on 7 October on Cash ON Delivery depending on the income of Udemy. I'm waiting for the payment but received nothing, I'm so disappointing, first time I face this problem on Udemy. Please Udemy take care your Instructor seriously..
