It is available on my Android Udemy app. I click on Account and scroll to the bottom and the third option above the bottom is 'Instructor Community' which takes me to the instructor community page with a menu that opens at the side where I can select 'Studio U' or 'Published Instructor Club'. When I try the mobile web version the 'Instructor Community' tab takes me to Facebook, so when out and about I use the app to visit the community here or have to set the mobile browser to show the full website.
