Hi All, I had uploaded a test video. I have received a feedback which said: "The video settings are good, although, when I watched the video, I noticed black bars on both sides throughout the video. We recommend using 16:9 aspect ratio just for a better experience for the student. You can go through your settings to adjust the format to widescreen. This is the only thing stopping you from passing our quality review process." I am a windows user. I used iSpringFreeCam-8 and WindowsMovieMaker for screen recording and video editing. It doesnt matter now as I am switching to MAC. I have not yet purchased it due to current lockdown restrictions. In Mac, for screen recording , the very common software used is QuickTime player. Just curious to know whether anyone faced these type of issues with quicktime Player. Any one using QuickTimePlayer here? Can I use quickTimePlayer for screen recording? Can some one who has been using it please suggest.
