Student not getting course completion certificate

Hi,

A student of my course has completed all videos & assignments, but she is still not getting her course completion certificate from Udemy. 

Could someone share why this problem occurs? This is the second student who is complaining of the same issue. 

As you can see below, her progress is 100%

Hi @manishpaulsimon please redirect the student to support here. The team will be able to check their account or you can also refer your student to check this article that shows how to mark lectures as complete and that usually helps in these cases.
