I published my first course yesterday. Today I open a new private tab and listen to the free video sample udemy gives unenrolled students. To my suprise the audio is messed up. I hear loud echo like real loud echo, the original audio product and the final video on my computer does not sound like this at all. I used professional setting and it should be fine.
Anyone knows how to reach to udemy for some troubleshooting.
Any advice? help? resource?
Thanks!

Hi @PierreLesp @JosePortilla @FrankKane yes, this issue has been reported to our engineers for review. As a workaround at this time, please suggest your students start using other supported browsers to play the course videos. Thanks in advance.
