issue in video: audio not syncing / matching with lip movement

Dear expert, 

We uploaded a two minutes video and found two issues

a) There is a lag in syncing of audio and lip movement 

b) there is a slight echo heard 

c)Video is 1080p

Kindly suggest a solution to this issue
