where do you get free subtitles from txt to vtt for udemy courses?

-time stamp match
- affordable if not free.
- course base transaction not per minute.

I am following, the Udemy ones are much better than you use to be. I would say 98% or more accurate and I have been able to go in and fix the 2% quickly myself. I have paid before, but only per minute at $1/minute.
