As you might have seen, there is currently an issue with the revenue report where the expected payout date for most months, including August 2022, is displaying as November 7th. We want to reassure you that August payouts are still set to be paid out today, October 7th. We expect to deliver them within the next few hours.
We're working to resolve this issue, and we apologize for any confusion or alarm it's caused. Thank you to everyone who has reported the problem!
Update (6:45 pm PT, October 7): We've encountered some additional issues in getting payment delivered. We've identified and resolved the underlying issue, and continue to work to deliver payout as soon as possible. Payout is currently expected in the early hours of Saturday, October 8th, Pacific Time.
Update (3:15 am PT, October 8): We've sent payment to accounts linked via Payoneer and direct bank transfer, and we're working to get PayPal earnings distributed as soon as possible. Please note that availability of amounts sent may depend on your payment platform's policies or your bank's hours of operation.
Update (6:30 am PT, October 8): We’ve completed sending payment for all payout methods. ✅ If you use PayPal or Payoneer, you should see these amounts right away. If you use bank transfer, the final transference to your account may depend the hours of operation of the relevant banks.
