Hi @Ramesh Fadatare, thanks for flagging it! I've asked the team for an ETA of when they expect to have the list updated. I'll keep you posted. 🙂

I guess my 2c (counting on my fingers), this is my 6th Black Friday with Udemy.

My favorite BFs here was either last year (because most revenue, but I really liked the BOGO sale a few years back).

General BF stuff:

Start BF prep 3 months before, update courses, landing pages, messages, promos, everything.

Get new courses out at the latest in late Oct/early Nov, to get those initial reviews before the sale. Hype them before launch if you have a following (also in promos).

@Bella, this will be my 6th Black Friday, and I would agree with Thor that my favorite promotion that Udemy did was the BOGO (Buy One, Get One) offer because the way it was executed was well done by Udemy. (This was probably 2019 Black Friday if my memory is correct.)

For those not around back then, the way the sale worked was that Udemy had their big Black Friday 10-day sale like normal where everything was $9.99 per course. Then, on Black Friday itself, anyone who bought a course got a credit for $9.99 to come back on Cyber Monday and pick a second course using that credit (that's the "Get One" part of the offer).

What I really liked about this offer is that it was VERY different than other offers Udemy made in the past, or even during the rest of the year). I think this was the only time I saw a BOGO offer on Udemy...and students loved it.

I know for us, we were seeing that when a student came back to redeem their "GET ONE" credits, they would usually buy another 1-2 courses while there...so you drove the students back to Udemy for a second/third purchase, not just a big buy on Friday, but a follow up on Monday.

Thanks!
Jason Dion

My best Black Friday was around 2016.

It was like 11 days and the course prices would increase by 1 dollar each day.

I would probably do buy two get a third free they are only $9.99 and it would really drive numbers as Jason above said
