Go to solutionHow can I create courses on Udemy
03-05-2022 07:06 AM
Go to solutionHi @ovick_art Since we function primarily as an on-demand, video-based platform, you’ll need to upload your video files directly to Udemy. In other words, students must be able to view your course lectures on the Udemy platform. You can start creating your course via this link. This section includes extensive resources on how you can create a Udemy course and get started.

Go to solutionHi everyone,
Is it really safe to use images/pictures of sites such as Pixabay, Pexel ? I used them for my courses and now I see that you can get sued even though those sites claim to have a CC0 license.
Am I being paranoid ? Anyone has a bad experience from using material from these sites ?
I plan on subscribing to a paying site and replace some of the pictures to be sure everything's legal from now on.

Go to solutionThis is amazing, thank you! I’m using a handful of these but it’s great to have some more!
I have one to add - I’ve found a free app that can be used as a autocue for the iPhone. There are loads, but many are paid. This is called ‘Video Teleprompter 3’. The app is red and black and is in the App Store for iPhone. You can pay to upgrade if you want more features, and it’s reasonably priced compared to a few others I found, but you don’t have to.
01-18-2023 04:12 AM
Go to solutionThank you for this - I will definitely look into Video Teleprompter because I don’t always have multiple screens to work from when I travel and record!
01-18-2023 04:34 AM
Go to solutionYou’re welcome! I’ve tested it out recently both with my phone in landscape and portrait mode and it works well with both. You can adjust the text to get it just right so it doesn’t look like you’re reading anything!
