Alternate Identity verification process

I'm ready with my content and eagerly awaiting to submit for review . I had sent video for alternate identity verification 3 days back and yet the verification is not done.  I had mailed my identity verification video twice and been waiting for updates from udemy team...!!! 🙇😊
