There are multiple option available to record screen, but my concern is on zoom-in and zoom-out feature. I want this feature very smooth on a single key press as per the cursor position.
@KylePew Can you zoom in and out in OBS?
You can fake a zoom by using scenes with different levels of scale on your display capture. But, I use a free app while recording called ZOOMIT, that allows you to zoom and write on the screen.

@KylePew Thank you for the link. Zoomit looks great. I'm going to download and test it. I've got a feeling this will save me a lot of time in post production.
